Run your clients' Vederca listings

Marketing and SEO agencies, consultants and resellers look after many vendors' public profiles at once. On Vederca a listing stays the company's, the company confirms that you run it with one click, and you do the work: the listing, the products, the capabilities and the procurement responses. It costs the vendor nothing and it costs you nothing.

How a managed listing works today

  1. Sign up as a vendor, for the companyOn the vendor sign-up, answer "Who runs this listing?" with "A company I manage listings for", name your agency and enter the company's details. The account is the company's, in its name, with its registration number and address; your people are its members, signed up with your own work email.
  2. The company confirms youYou name one person at the company with an email on the company's own domain. They receive one email with a link, good for fourteen days, and confirm that your agency manages the company's listing. Nobody at the company needs an account, and nobody at Vederca needs to step in.
  3. You edit, the company ownsOn confirmation the company's registry listing links to the account and the portal opens: you complete the profile, confirm the capabilities, add products and respond to procurements on the company's behalf. The company can take the account over at any time, and the confirmation is renewed from time to time by the same one click.

The company's word is what verifies the account, so a listing run by an agency is held to the same standard as one run by the company: a capability is shown as confirmed only when it is confirmed in the portal, and the Verified badge is granted by the Vederca team on the same footing as for any vendor.

What it costs

Nothing. Vendors list, claim and respond on Vederca free of charge, and no vendor can pay for a position, an invitation or a recommendation. There is no agency plan, no reseller margin and no fee for running a listing on a client's behalf. Vederca is paid by the procurement teams that commission managed market scans.

How to start

Each company you run has its own account, in its own name: sign up once for each, name the person at the company who will confirm you, and complete the listing once they have. If you run many, write to us first and we will walk you through it.

Coming: agency tiles, one view of every listing your agency runs, with what each still needs.

What stays the same

The listing shows what the company's own public pages and the company itself state, never a claim the agency makes for it; procurement teams see the company, not the agency, unless the company chooses to say who runs its listing; and the company's own profile is shared only with verified procurement teams running a procurement, as it is for every vendor. The listing criteria and the vendor guide apply as written.
